    • GASSING UNIT

    The Erata GJ Series is a reliable gas generator specifically designed for the use of liquid amine in core molds. The system vaporizes liquid amine via a heating unit and transfers it rapidly and efficiently into the mold. Liquid amine is measured with high volumetric precision and conveyed to the gas generator by means of compressed air. Air pressure can be easily adjusted through a regulator and continuously monitored. The amine gas is atomized with air and injected into the generator, enabling an extremely fast and effective vaporization process.
